Just register at Railsbank.com and you will have instant access to the API sandbox. Extra APIs will also be made available for the hackathon.

The event will be a 48 hour FinTech hackathon where attendees will form teams and collaborate with mentors (several finTech legends will be attending and mentoring) to create amazing solutions to challenges based around

  • The Secure Trading challenge;

Innovate

At first glance, measuring innovation might seem as inexact as a Supreme Court Justice’s description of pornography: “I know it when I see it.”

One of the cornerstones of my Anticipatory Organization Model is the critical need to craft an environment that fosters innovation. That’s important, but it still begs the questions: How much innovation is “enough”? Further, how can you tell when your efforts to encourage innovation are producing the results you desire? Fortunately, there are reliable benchmarks that can move the answers beyond an educated guess.

Many companies today are worried they don't have the right leadership to succeed in the digital and disruptive age. Maybe they've got it all wrong.

What if they actually have the right leaders—but they’re being held hostage by the same old expectations, metrics, and rewards?

Here’s the problem: The very nature of business is continually evolving. Consumer needs fluctuate. Technology keeps shortening the lifespan of products and organizations. Even the strongest companies can’t afford to coast on past successes or be content to do things the way they’ve always been done.

If leaders don’t keep pace with the change, they run the risk of unknowingly undermining the innovation within their organizations.
